Property: Apartment, Moscow Company: Eralmor Holdings Ltd. (Cyprus) In 2016, Kostin transferred his $4 million apartment in Moscow’s Arbat district to Eralmor. It’s unclear who owns Eralmor, but it lists Landshut Ltd as a related party, which in turn is related to Whyte’s company Vargas.

Property: Villa, St. Tropez Company: Gedsea Holdings Ltd (Cyprus) Whyte owns French company R et S Azur SCI, which owns a luxury villa near St. Tropez. Gedsea acquired the property in 2009 from a Swiss lawyer who has reportedly acted as Kostin’s proxy.

Property: Hunting estate near Moscow Company: Egenrn Investments Ltd (Cyprus) Egern owns a hunting estate near Moscow that was developed by VTB Bank and counts bank officials as representatives. It is related to Naderbord Trading Limited, a Cyprus-based holding company that appears to be controlled by Whyte.

Property: Hotel Tannenhof, Austrian Alps Company: Aktien Enterprises Ltd (Cyprus) In 2018, acquired half of Hotel Tannenhof in the Austrian Alps, which was owned directly by VTB from 2010 until July 2016. Aktien is a related party of other companies linked to Whyte, including Eralmor, Castelor, and Globular

Property: Apartment, Moscow Company: Angerston (Cyprus) Acquired a Moscow apartment from Kostin in 2016 using a $6 million loan from VTB’s Cyprus subsidiary. Kostin had taken over the apartment from one of Whyte’s offshores the previous year.

Property: Apartment, Paris Company: Hundbern Investments Ltd (Cyprus) Whyte is the beneficial owner of Hundbern, which owns an apartment on the banks of the River Seine in Paris and is listed as the related party of other companies associated with the Canadian.

Property: Mansion and winery, Crimea Company: Vargas Properties Ltd (BVI) Vargas owns a Russian company that owns a mansion in the Crimean resort of Foros and a winery in the Alma Valley. Kostin took over the Russian company in 2014 and transferred ownership to Whyte three years later.
