Top Life Servicios was the main company the gang used to install dozens of compromised ATMs in cities around Mexico. Adrian Constantin Tiugan, “The Skimmer,” set up the company in December 2013 using forged documents and a fake identity. Ion Damian Nedescu, “The Brain,” who was involved with several other companies belonging to the Riviera Maya gang, was one of its shareholders; he also helped the gang install their ATMs. Another shareholder was Adrian Enachescu, Florian Tudor’s stepbrother. The gang used companies in Mexico, Romania, and the United States to launder their money by investing in real estate. Tudor himself was directly involved in three of the gang’s commercial enterprises.
