Owner information
- Ervington was owned by British Virgin Islands-registered Norma Investments Limited (BVI), which was ultimately owned by Roman Abramovich, according to regulatory filings from 2020.
- On February 24, 2022, the day of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Norma transferred ownership of Ervington to Heathville Investments Limited. Heathville is wholly owned by Eugene Tenenbaum, who calls himself “one of Roman Abramovich’s closest associates” and has directed Abramovich’s companies Millhouse Capital, Evraz, and Chelsea FC.
- Tenebaum told OCCRP that Norma Investments was previously owned by a trust of which Abramovich family members were beneficiaries, but that the new owner is David Davidovich.
- Several business media outlets have reported that Davidovich is a close associate of Abramovich.
