Aircraft
Updated 7th Apr 2022
Eurocopter EC155 B1 M-HELI
Value $10,200,000
Location Isle of Man
Owner information

M-HELI has been named in media reports as belonging to Abramovich, but the helicopter has a complex ownership structure that makes it difficult to trace.

It is owned by the Isle of Man-registered company Flambards Limited, whose shares are owned by another company registered in the British Virgin Islands, Wotton Overseas Holdings Limited. (This company has since been re-registered in Jersey, an island in the English Channel.) Abramovich declared Wotton Overseas Holdings to be one of his assets in 2011, when he was running in local elections in Russia.

Flambards Limited took loans from Lindeza Worldwide Limited, a company linked to Abramovich, according to U.K. company documents. The loan was intended for the purchase of M-Heli.
.
The helicopter was registered in the Isle of Man until March 28, 2022, about two weeks after Abramovich was sanctioned by the U.K. It is unclear where it is now registered.
