This 13,130 square-meter estate was created by combining five adjacent plots of land. The first parcel, containing a large villa, was purchased by Villa Saint Jaume 1, a company owned by Abramovich’s ex-wife and three children. Two similarly-named companies were then created to buy the remaining four pieces of land, which included two more villas.
